Rugby legend Lawrence Dallaglio OBE founded Dallaglio RugbyWorks in 2009 following the conclusion of his Testimonial year with Wasps. Inspired by the strength and focus that rugby gave him as a young man and throughout this professional career, Lawrence founded the charity which works with predominantly secondary school children who are most in need of life-changing support.
Using the values of rugby, RugbyWorks supports disadvantaged young people who are disengaged from learning to help them re-assess their lives, focuses on developing key life skills and ultimately leading them to be equipped to get into sustained education, employment and training. The charity currently operates in seven regions across England and Wales supporting hundreds of young people to achieve.
