Emmaus

At Emmaus we know that overcoming homelessness means so much more than just providing a roof over someone’s head. We support formerly homeless people to work their way out of homelessness by providing a stable home for as long as it’s needed, meaningful work, training and support, helping them to regain their self-esteem and find a positive way to move forward with their lives.

Not only does Emmaus have a significant impact on the lives of those who have experienced homelessness and social exclusion, it also brings wider social, economic and environmental benefits, including recycling and upcycling 12,500 tonnes of unwanted household items last year which would otherwise have ended up in landfill.
