Farms for City Children

Farms for City Children provides children and young people, many from disadvantaged backgrounds, across the UK, with a once in a lifetime opportunity to live and work together on a real farm.

During their week in the British countryside, children and young people learn about food, farming and the great outdoors. Most importantly, they get the chance to just be children. Away from the digital world, they learn about themselves, build confidence and resilience, as well as a connection with others.

We believe every child should have access to the natural world, no matter their circumstances, and monies raised by the charity subsidise every child’s visit.
